Moringa is a nutritionally dense root that is common throughout Southeast Asia. It was used in traditional medicine as an immune booster, to treat inflammation, skin conditions, and has research to confirm its nutritional compounds-- vitamin A, Calcium, Potassium, Iron, and Zinc (to name a few).
